My first time paying attention to World Cup. Today, I’m rooting for Argentina. Tomorrow, I’ll root for France.
I’m seeing comments from people claiming to be deaf or very knowledgeable about deaf culture, and they seem to have issues with videos of people signing songs. I think signing songs is a great and fun way to improve your ASL skills. Besides, the belief that deaf people don’t care for music is just not true.

My Covid test last night was negative, so guess I can go to Mom and Dad’s for Thanksgiving today. I still don’t have much of a sense of smell, but I seem to have recovered my sense of taste.

The Detroit Lions just beat the New York Giants. 31-18. That’s three wins in a row and the season is now 4-6.
The Lions will play the Buffalo Bills on Thanksgiving Day.
Illinois was tough. Moody’s field goal won it with a few seconds left on the clock. 19-17.
The Wolverines are now 11-0. We play the Buckeyes next week.
I’m just realizing that I barely have a sense of smell. It’s been like this since the beginning, I just didn’t think about it until now. I would really like to have that back in time for Thanksgiving, though I’m probably going to be spending Thanksgiving alone. I don’t think I’m going to be cleared by next week.
According to my test results last night, I’m still Covid positive. But I’m feeling much better now. Still coughing, but not as much. My throat is still a little sore, but no where near as bad as it was. I ran out of medicine yesterday, but I don’t think I need it anymore.
I’m slowly getting back on track.
