He’s reminding me of Kevin Costner’s character, Billy Chapel, in the movie “For the Love of the Game”. The other night when Verlander pitched to his former teammate, Nick Castellanos, it was like the scene from the movie, when Billy Chapel is pitching to his former teammate and he’s thinking, “When did we get so old?”
Also saw Michigan beat Rutgers 52-17. The Wolverines are now 9-0 for the season.
