Because I’m tired of Amazon barring me from purchasing certain items….

I sought to understand why Amazon requires customers subscribe to Prime to order certain items. Below is my chat with their customer support.

  1. Oh for fuck’s sake.
    Notice all the names we can’t even pronounce. Amazon is outsourcing customer support to India. They are so greedy they have to pay the bottom dollar for service.
    What is going on here is Amazon worked out a deal with manufactures, so they can force people to subscribe to Prime. so they can make more money They are greedy as fuck. One of the wealthiest companies in the world, still isn’t satisfied and has to pull this shit.
    I doubt these customer support reps understand English as well as they appear to. They have a sheet of paper in front of them and just keep repeating the same lines.
    The real reason is simple. We are forcing you to signup for prime because we are a bunch of greedy fucks, and we don’t give two shits if you are too broke to do that and really need a specific product.

  3. People on Facebook pointed me to Chewy.com. They have the pet food I buy for a good price, so that takes care of some things.
